Hotel a Sparks Glencoe

“20歳の息子と2人で利用しようとして、先に息子をチェックインさせようとしたところ、21歳未満だから、チェックイン不可との対応をされました。事前にメールで、息子の名前を連絡していたにもかかわらずです。私のチェックインか深夜だったので、息子は別の場所に泊まりました。”

“Clean, quiet hotel.”

“Silenzioso, pulito. Tutto perfetto.”

“Room was not clean, tv did not work so we were moved to another room. The room we were moved to the shower was not clean. The carpet in the hotel was dirty throughout.”

“Posto pessimo, con pessima comunicazione e non ci sono dei chiarimenti pre arrivo. Ancora aspetto il rimborso dei 100$”

“On the second floor people were smoking in the room, making it smell very bad. Musk smell in hallways, you can see spider webs on walls”

“The elevator wasn’t working. I’m disabled and my room was on the 3rd floor. The lobby smells terrible. Idk if it was the staffs body odor or what. Terrible. Smell. Rest of the hotel and room smelled fresh but heavily masked by spray and product but ok. Breakfast area smelled like mold and waffles. Very weird. Idk if I’ll stay again.”

“Front desk person did not provide any information and placed my reservation on a new Wyndham account instead of the account that I had a card for. Only one towel in the room for two guests and no bath mat. No breakfast as advertised. Homeless individuals in the stairwells.”

“Pillows were small and the didn't have any extra.”
