“Room was clean, staff was friendly, bar was nice, food was good but they should definitely consider guests with allergies....they had no gluten free bread or noted food on buffets.”

“One elevator didn’t work and the other elevator was unreliable. The restaurant is closed. The hallway and rooms feel more like a 1970’s Best Western - well worn and not without a musty odor. The HVAC in room 518 is either off or cooling the room to 65 degrees (nothing in the middle). It’s an older property and ,other than scraping it, I don’t know how you could correct all of the issues.”

“All in all I’m satisfied with the hotel, but I prefer harder mattresses, so the bed was a little uncomfortable for me. The breakfast is good, but it took very long to come out, even if there was nobody eating at the same time. ”

“Everything was perfect at this hotel. From Kim, at check-in, to having access to The Bistro until 10PM for snacks and beverages, coffee and cocktails, it was perfect. Incredibly clean and well maintained. The furniture in the rooms was high-end and beautiful. the rugs throughout were spotless. The sleeper sofa in our room was brand new, comfortable and just so appealing and pleasant. We asked for a late check out as we had a court case in Annapolis and they kindly extended check out for us....

“The only complaint I have about this place was the floors in the room. The bottoms of my feet were black every night. The floors were not carpeted, just not clean. Getting the room cleaned had to be requested and I will admit I did not request.”
