“Kenny, the property manager, was accommodating. We were the only ones on the property for the duration of our stay, which was nice. The house rules asked us to take the trash but Kenny insisted on doing it for us. Thank you, Kenny! The cabin seemed clean minus the dust. "Per il prezzo dell’hotel e il prestigio del brand Hilton ci saremmo aspettati un servizio migliore. Struttura moderna sopra al casino Cadillac Jack. Abbiamo soggiornato tre notti (gruppo di 4 in due camere) e abbiamo avuto problemi con la pulizia della camera. Infatti l’hotel fa la pulizia delle camere a giorni alterni, ma questo non è scritto da nessuna parte al momento della prenotazione online. Dopo il secondo giorno non erano state sistemate le due camere, per cui al rientro alla sera abbiamo dovuto lamentarci alla reception per chiedere il servizio di room keeping, e ci hanno finalmente mandato il personale addetto. Però abbiamo dovuto lasciare le camere prima di cena per fare le pulizie e non abbiamo potuto fare la doccia. Inoltre la colazione ha poca offerta di prodotti. Ci saremmo aspettati qualcosa di meglio e di più."
