“This is a convenient and nice place to stay when coming to the Surprise area. I visit my mother off and on and always stay there because it's spacious, convenient and reasonably priced. The staff is always nice. I have to add an anecdote here. The only elevator broke when I was visiting this time. It was fixed almost immediately. That's what I call maintaining a property. “The staff were incredibly helpful. I had an EV rental vehicle and needed to know where I could charge it. I was informed there was one right across the street. That was a huge relief since it was not only my first visit to the area, it was also my first EV rental car. This eased my mind and allowed me to concentrate on my business trip responsibilities.
