“The room was surprisingly clean given the exterior of the property. No bugs/mice. Mattress and pillows were great, linens were fresh/no odor/not damaged. The parking lot a bit scary: low visibility, lots of hiding places, and rowdy non-guests milling around. Exterior building door locks were broken. Our door was rattled several times in the night. Hallways were dark and stunk with weed and urine. Our room luckily had no odor. We kept our reservation because the room felt clean and we were...

“Joseline was the only saving grace as she was able to proceed with my refund. Upon arrival there were several spectators outside. And the bed in the room had dirty sheets and bathroom light didn’t work. Changed rooms and walked into a dirtier room where the bed was unmade and tv was on. Seemed like it was someone else’s room. Sick. Asked for a refund but no manager was on site. Sad enough I will never come back to this location again. You get what you pay for. ”

“This was a lovely stay! We were in town for a wedding, and mostly I was just looking for a place to sleep afterwards. However, we fell in love with this spot! It's beautifully decorated and everything is meant to make you feel at home in your own castle. Everything was sparkling clean and well thought out. The bathrooms were gorgeous and the bed was very comfortable. We'd definitely stay here again!”

“To start we arrive and checked in around 10:30 and got to our room and found that the toilet had dried urine on the seat and the was very loose and had hair on the floor like the room had not been cleaned my wife call the front desk at told the lady working the desk told her that the room had been clean and my wife informed me that the lady she spoke to acted like she was making this up and no one came to the room to care of these issues”
