“The best part about this hotel is the beach!! All the rooms face the ocean with amazing views. The sand is absolutely perfect in front of this hotel. Kids had a blast! The staff was very very friendly and kind. For the money, you can't beat the value. It's an older motel style hotel, bathrooms aren't very updated, but are clean. Everything was clean, beds were comfy, and rooms were cute. We stayed for one night before our other booking was ready, but we would stay again. Lots of places...

“The worst place we stayed in, in years! Staff didn’t appear to know what they were doing. City view is across the street which is not disclosed. No elevator to the 2nd floor, outside stairs only. Bathing suits and clothes were hanging over the rails as we walked up. Felt like a cheap hotel. Many things were old and worn. Took pictures but no opportunity to post them, Didn’t want to even touch them. Would never go back!”

“Location is great rooms are great and clean. Mind you this isn’t a Taj Mahal but if you’re looking for a budget friendly on the beach hotel this is it!! It is maintained better than most budget friendly beach hotels and yes there’s some minor fixes they could do for sure but overall everything worked and beds were comfy and clean and those are the main focuses for me.. the beach .. the beds .. and NO bugs!!! The balconies are always an added bonus at this place. Oh and another great perk is ALL...

“The beds were hard as a rock. The TV would not work and it was very small TV. The pool was closed down by the health department. The Place was an older place. That’s probably seen it better years but they kept it clean. There was nothing special about for anything the kids to do is just conveniently close to the beach you will walk across the street at here to go down to the beach the guy that was running The Place. He was super helpful, real sweet. We only stayed one night.”
