“Very dirty hotel. The carpet on the floor hadn’t been properly hoovered before our check in and there was dirt / dust / stains all over chairs and other surfaces. The room unfortunately smelt of smoke (even if it’s not allowed to smoke there apparently) and the sink in the toilet was missing the knobs. Overall a terrible hotel. The only ok thing was the bed. Not uncomfortable and decent bedding. Also - the personnel at check in was very nice and helpful :) ”

“This property was so reasonably priced especially for all the amenities included. The room was an apartment style setup with a nice living room area and large bedroom. The kitchen area was convenient with a hot top, refrigerator, and dishwasher. The communication with the staff was great especially when my arrival was delayed. I would highly recommend this property and would stay again in the future.”

“I would recommend the Friendship Oceanfront Suites to everyone. Polite and courteous staff, the owners are on hand every day. “This is an old historic property so there are going to be signs of it's age--but overall it was in good condition. My biggest concerns with the property were the cramped parking available behind the hotel, the very cramped bathroom in my room and the lack of places to plug in electronics. I had to move the mattress on the bed to access an outlet and unplug something so I could plug in my electronics.
