They are so nice and friendly.
We even broke a key and it was not a problem. We also stayed one night longer than we booked this was also not a problem.
It is in general really cute the rooms and the pool area are completely enough and it is very quiet so you can really enjoy ur vacation.

The beach could be perfect if garbage (small pièce of plastics, bottle caps etc.) among the deckchairs would be removed and open spaces better cleaned.

“We had a pleasant stay at Bhandari Resort. Overall we have been happy with our choice, although we thought the hotel could offer some more amenities (ex. a gym, ...). Personnel was always friendly and willing to help. Breakfast offer was quite various and tasty - both western and eastern style, including different kinds of fruits, juices, pancakes, etc. (Espresso coffee only at extra charge, which I found a bit disappointing). “Two of us, two rooms. Everything we needed. Very close to a wonderful beach. Great breakfast. Staff very friendly and helpful. Lots of nearby restaurants/ bars for the evenings. ”
“Very wonderful visit. The staff are very sweet and friendly. Room was cleaned and the staff was very helpful if I needed anything. My room key didn’t work after 1,5 weeks but the staff was very quick and fixed the issue and I got new room for rest of my visit. Also I got wonderful taxi service from hotel to Phuket airport.
