“The only thing that was ok is the location. The room was moldy. There was mold in the air conditioner and in the bathroom and shower which is disgusting. The room was not clean and there were even hairs in the shower ! The hotel is unstaffed the only person that we saw was a man who was not helpful at all, he did not even say hello and they are not there after 5 pm. When I finally got an answer to be changed room they just said that unfortunately there are not any other rooms for 4 and they did...

“The rules of what is or isn’t allowed is not clear when booking this condo on Expedia. Apparently, you aren’t allowed to have visitors but residents can. It’s pricey for the size of the condo. It’s less money by going to the Otium website and booking there instead. The place was clean and smelled good but I did find one roach in the hallway bathroom. But none after that.
