“This is a great basic room, right next to the ocean. There is nothing luxurious about it, but it's also priced accordingly. One small comment I would love to see the addition of a small corner desk and a tiny chair. So many of us travel and work it would be great to have a place to sit, and there is room for it in the rooms. Apart from that, it's a great stay for the money.”

“We loved staying here. Everything is pristine and clean. The breakfast was delicious - the blueberry pancakes likely the best I’ve had in my life. Very walkable to everything on Main Street. Easy to drive to other beaches further up north. The staff are professional and attentive - what a pleasure.”

He escorted us to our room and showed us how to key into the room with our unique door code; no room keys to lose here. The room was clean and comfortable. “It’s a very quiet and peaceful place. The staff was always available and very helpful. There is free parking, and it’s only about a 3-minute walk to the beach. Best of all, the owners are on-site, so if you need anything, they’re always there to help.😍 I highly recommend this place ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ and I can’t wait to come back for another vacation soon! “The room was far from what was represented from Expedia photos. The first night the TV was not working. Trying to reach "front desk" it was none on duty and the suggestion we got from the automated system was to call 911. The day after, someone was at the front desk that we visited in person a young man (he was nice) come to replace the TV set by a working one. The room was about the size of a jail cell, the bathtub drain was extremely slow, and you can see the ocean by a side windows and...

“We just came back from the Pelham House and our trip was wonderful! The property is absolutely beautiful with a lovely private beach. The Restaurants, Bar and all of the staff made our trip both fun and relaxing. Whether we were on the Beach or by the Pool staff was attentive to our needs and took our orders throughout the day/night. The views are beautiful from each room as well as from the Roof Deck Restaurant! We will definitely stay here again!”
