“The entire hotel is out dated. There’s treadmills in the restaurant area, the rooms smelled horrific that I had to cover my nose the entire time. My room had sheer ish curtains and no way to protect myself from the other guests seeing into my room. There was no heat through the building and the gentleman at the front desk offered my an extra blanket and said they like to save. They must also save on the hot water because I took a Luke warm shower and there was no WiFi. ”

“The room was just as pictured, nice & spacious: we stayed in the Mae West room. It was clean & had a Kuerig coffee maker w/ pods, tea & water; as well as a mini bar for a fee & free cold breakfast or for a fee hot breakfast daily. The complimentary pick up & drop off at the Sayville LIRR was a big help because I was traveling with 3 bags. The bed was comfortable & the property grounds are impressive. There is hot tub, pool & fire pit seating area. The hosts have a very pleasant demeanor. ...

“I asked for a room "refresh" twice (2 separate days) and never received it. Had to call the front desk a third time to get clean towels. There was also alot of dog poop all over the grass near the parking lot.”

“Overall disappointed with the level of customer service I received. At times, I was made to feel that I was being a bother. I was told that breakfast was included in my stay when booking only to be told that information was incorrect at the hotel. We were a party of 5 and were in town for a party. Didn’t see housekeeping until the last night we were there. ”
