“Don't stay here everything was dirty every last towel had something on it no toilet paper in room the door had an inch crack between the door and door jam causing the room to be freezing through out the entire night”

“Restaurant not open. Carpet in lobby bunched up Parking lot did not feel safe and had tons of potholes. Double charged me and if it wasn’t for me looking at bank account I may have not gotten it back. Room was outdated. No fridge or safe. Bed was comfy. Could hear the planes taking off. Terrible WiFi.”

“Loved that there was an indoor pool since it can quite cold in NY. There also aren’t a ton of hotels on Long Island in Nassau County south shore and this one was easy to access, near the main highways, had free breakfast (great options) and a great coffee bar, along with clean rooms. Honestly great place to stay if you want to be close to NYC but not spend a fortune to stay in Manhattan”

“Super friendly staff! Cozy B&B feel. Great location, walk to town or train station! LIRR and Pines super convenient. Amazing authentic chef made-to-order breakfast!! (And fresh artisanal continental breakfast included). Awesome and cozy speakeasy-style lounge, with special entertainment nights (check in advance). Perfect for short or longer stays. And great as a gateway to Fire Island Pines and Cherry Grove (5 mins to ferry! shuttle-style service avail). Huge clean room. Washer dryer....

“The pictures on your website is nothing what we found. Room reeked of pot blanket had burn holes in them. The bathroom was not cleaned and very small. The picture of the bedroom looked big but room so smaller. Sheets had stains. We end up going to another hotel ”
