“I booked this hotel for the reviews I had read. Unfortunately I do not think people have any idea what it is like to stay in a 4 star hotel, this is not for sure unless it costs. Unacceptable to spend 18 euros for two cafes at the bar ... unacceptable to send a t-shirt to wash and return spotted ... unacceptable not to provide general directions (pool opening times, breakfast times, etc ...) little staff friendliness if not the "usual" smiles of convenience ... poor professionalism ...
