“This is my new favourite hotel. It's got some of the best art I have ever seen and the staff are great and the ambience is fantastic!”

“The room had no remote to the tv, the phone did not work, the room door would not stay shut unless it was locked, the hot water went out and the staff took over an hour to bring our food. The breakfast was not nice, was told they reheat the food by microwave which means it wasn’t freshly made. More than likely will not be staying again.”

“When I arrived nobody was at reception or anywhere. I selected my own my room after 10 minutes of trying to find someone. Lights constantly flickered, no drinking water, no towel, no soap. Breakfast was disgusting and they only take cash payment. Which was not written anywhere.”

“This hotel is decidedly second rate. While the room was clean, general conditions tell a story of lack of attention and slow decay. Staff was polite but failed the "smile test". The main road on front of the hotel is quite busy early in the morning and mediocre windows and doors don't do much in terms of noise insulation. “This ended up being a scam. Hotels.com prevented me from cancelling the reservation after I determined it was a scam, so I booked another hotel through another service. I ultimately traveled to Sapphire Court and attempted to view the residence but i was turned away, and told that it was a scam because Sapphire Court would never lease rooms on the internet. Needless to say, if i hadn't booked an alternative room after realizing this was a scam, Hotels.com would have left me homeless in...
