“The room was clean and tidy however it was unbearably hot due to a lack of air con and alrhough a fan was provided it could not deal with the heat in the room. There was no fridge to keep water cold and milk from going off, . In the bathroom the toilet seat was really loose and the sink is so tiny it was impossible to have a wash. “This place is truly special. The enjoyment begins the minute you walk in and meet the lovely staff. The room itself was perfect-spotlessly clean and totally comfortable. We ate in the restaurant and it was a truly incredible meal. To top off the delicious food, the chef himself came out to introduce himself afterwards so we were able to learn about where all those ingredients came from (all local and totally fresh). “Breakfast was ok but items on menu extra had to be paid for. Room was clean but dated. Shower was an electric shower that was nearly unusable. Low pressure and no temperature control. No replacement shower gel was left after room was cleaned. Staff were excellent and restaurant was well presented. Hotel room a low 3 star at best.”
