“We stayed for one night ”

“I transferred to By The Bay had suite 1A. It was lovely. Lousy weather room had full fridge gas cooking well stocked with dishes pans bed excellent firm bedding lovely. ”

“Clean and comfortable ”

“There was no one in the office and the office was locked when I got there. I had to call a number and wait 20 minutes for someone to come check me in. There was a pass code you had to press into the doorknob to unlock the door. The code was the room number three times (room 23, unlock code 232323) and no dead bolt. Poor security. The furniture was old and mismatched and the room smelled very moldy. There was no cable television, you had to use your own logins for streaming apps to watch tv....

“From check in to check out Jay was phenomenally hospitable. It was a lovely and safe solo stay with my dog. Breakfast was punctual, the room was comfortable and clean, and my dog had everything she needed. While some things were closed for the season, it was still an enjoyable stay. The comfort room in particular was very relaxing. I would definitely choose this resort for future stays in the Cape and recommend it to others.”

“The indoor pool was not warm. The continental breakfast was basic and the fire alarm in our room buzzed any time we took a hot shower. ”

“Very nice room with easy access from parking. Park very large. Quit place in a cozy zone. Negative point is the breakfast with poor food and missing assistance by hotel's personnel.”

“We had a very nice room at a reasonable price. It was close enough to downtown Chatham to be convenient, but far enough that there weren't traffic problems. The staff were friendly and helpful, and most importantly, our room was spotless! It even smelled clean. Would definitely stay there again.”

“We only stayed for 2 quick nights, but the property is lovely and impeccably maintained. The fact that the owner, Phil, is onsite and shares his personal cell phone is great. They also share a different text line for any needs that arise during your stay. We were able to get to various parts of the Cape for meals etc very easily. The pool was closed as it was off season, but they have a great area with a fire pit and several Adirondack chairs that was a nice bonus. Would certainly return to this...

“Deliziosa Villa d’epoca immersa in uno splendido giardino. Mobili e arredi d’epoca, curati i particolari. Eccellente e originale la colazione. Vicina alle zone più prestigiose di Cape Cod( meglio evitare week end causa traffico) Vicina la spiaggia , interessante il fenomeno maree.”
