“I arrived in the room and the heat was not working. The office is not staffed overnight at this time of the year, so I had to reach out to the emergency line. After several phone calls, a space heater was brought to the room. That device was 1) not going to heat the room thoroughly and 2) was not safe to be running in a room overnight- especially a room with a child in it. It took over a dozen phone calls to get moved to a new room and that was not until almost 11 PM. I would NOT recommend...

“The cutest, cleanest boutique hotel on The Cape. Beautiful accommodations, excellent staff. I asked for ice cubes and they brought me a cup filled with ice and a lid. Every time we pulled in the owner offered to carry our bags to our room. Beautiful details in the decor of the room, the most comfortable mattress I have ever slept on.. “Very clean. Staff was awesome. I dropped my phone in the snow. We had a major snowstorm and the staff was so good helping me find it. They even cleaned off my car during the night and plowed me out. It is a great place to stay.”
