“The hotel stay was disappointing because the actual rooms and facilities did not match the photos shown on the website. The pictures made the place look much better than it really is. However, the staff were polite and helpful during the stay. Overall, the service was okay, but the hotel should update the photos on the site to reflect the real condition.”

“Comfortable, great service, close to airport (carry directions in case your driver can't find the location). Only issue we had was gate was locked when we returned late. We were able to quickly notify staff who came and unocked it. But it did take us by surprise.”

“For us this was a rest day before catching our plane at 3am. Everything was good, friendly staff, spacious room with AC, swimming pool and food (excellent prawn curry). Only downside, if you want the attractions of central Negombo it is 8-10km away. ”

“This is an excellent hotel when in transit or having early flight out of Colombo. We arrived into Colombo around midnight and our transfer driver was waiting to take us to vila diva as we had arranged which was included in the rate for our stay. The next morning we were transported very promptly back to the airport for a small fee. Both the room and transport car were exceptionally clean. I would highly recommend vila diva transit hotel for quality, service, location and friendliness”

“We checked in very late but the groom was not fully prepared for our arrival. There was no towels, there was dust everywhere and bedsheets have probably not been changed from previous guests, since there were hair and dirt.when we asked for the towels, the staff provided us with a used towel taken from the pool area. And when we notice that, we asked for a new one but we never got it. Breakfast was ok but the tables have not been cleaned before us and we did by ourselves. That’s a pity because...

“日本人です。夫婦で一泊しました。 コスパ最高宿ですのでかなりオススメです！ とにかくスタッフのおじさん、お兄さんがとても親切でした。スリランカ入りして初日のホテルだったのですが、ウェルカム感満載で既に他国へ旅行しヘトヘトでしたが心あったまりました。エアコンもシャワーも問題なく、ドライヤーも貸してもらい快適な宿泊でした。ちなみにテラスからロータスタワーから見れましたよ！”
