“While most things about this facility standard for any hotel, there were two areas that were clearly very deficient. It snowed in this area at least 24 hours prior to my arrival. The entryway from the driveway into the hotel was more than 20 feet and covered with ice. This is clearly a safety issue which the staff of this hotel does not care about. The other issue is the temperature of the hot water. When filling the tub, I will say I have never in my life have I found water as HOT as I did...

“Front staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Suite was perfect for our family of 5 with 2 separate bedrooms and a pull-out couch. Walking distance to mall and lots of shopping. Breakfast was decent (typical free hotel breakfast) and well-stocked. Pool area was nice and clean as well. ”

“Vero che stiamo parlando di un 2 stelle. Però … Pavimenti appiccicosi dappertutto. Soffitti in ingresso rattoppati. Camera 109. Moquette sfilacciata. Rivestimento basi letto rovinato. Porta di ingresso che chiude male. Ante armadio che chiudono male. Un cattivo odore proveniente dal bagno e abbiamo chiuso la porta… Non si apriva più!!! Abbiamo provato in tutti i modi, fino a richiedere intervento receptionist. Il ragazzo molto gentile a sua volta ha provato e poi l’ha aperta con una spallata …...
