“Room nice, and staff very friendly... Food excellent Only down side was the cleanliness... The bed and bath was clean but lots of cobwebs about and drink marks on the window sill”

However the bedroom could do with a bit of TLC, along with the staff being reminded how to make beds and ensure bedding is free from stains. The single beds (2 out of the 3) had mattress visible under the pillow I.e.the sheets weren't to the top of the bed”

“Great apartment and location. We were at the front of the building on a Saturday night, so it was very loud until the early hours with people going to Mcdonalds (directly opposite) after their night out. This was ok for us but maybe not others.”

“Had to cancel our trip due to a medical emergency and flight cancellation. Contacted all hotels we had booked—five refunded us without issue. Even Ryanair did. Cairn Hotel was the only one that flat-out refused, no empathy, no flexibility, not even a partial credit. I explained everything, even pleaded—but they just hid behind their “policy.” I could’ve paid more for the flexible rate, but budget was tight. Shame, because we were really looking forward to staying. Very disappointing experience.”
