“One of the best trips my family has ever taken! The caboose is charming with amazing views and plenty of furry company. The house was clean and the yard/fire pit area was spectacular. The only negative is the water smells a bit funky, but that should not be a deterrent because this trip is so special. Do not miss out, book the caboose!!”

“Cons:When we first walked in to the rental the first thing we smelled was the stench of cigarette smoke!!! We bought fragrance spray but didn't work. There were two in window air conditioners that were not sealed. Because of that the rental was infested with mosquitos and other little flying bugs that were attracted to the inside lights and us! We were consistently killing them. Also the ones we we weren't able to kill just died and were laying on the counters, floor and counter tops (bathroom...

“L'hotel non è molto curato e si trova in una zona in cui non c'è praticamente quasi nulla da vedere. Scelto solo perché si trova a circa 1 ora e mezzo di macchina da Lake George. Personale sbrigativo e non molto cordiale. Non ho apprezzato per niente il fatto che ci siamo camere fumatori accanto a camere non fumatori, nei corridoi c'era sempre puzza di fumo, anche con le finestre aperte. Non c'è l'ascensore (anche se sono solo 3 piani...quando ci sono le valigie da portarsi dietro risulta...

“This was my first time booking a property on Vrbo and the whole family (2 teen boys) was just thrilled with our stay. It had all the things we love about camping but didn’t get a chance to do this summer — grilling, sitting around a fire, beautiful riverfront view, tons of room to run around and play frisbee, volleyball, etc. Super cozy and clean inside and stocked with everything we needed. Plus it’s a caboose!! So fun. Chris, the host, was super helpful and responsive. Definitely recommend if...
