The room was mediocre for the money spent, was unable to sleep all night on the very bad bed, I slept on the chair was much more comfortable. The tv selection was horrible for the family. Keys demagnetized immediately if set by phone or any electronics. The pool and hot tub are very small. I booked with the reviews and I was very disappointed with my stay.”

“Non c'e l'ascensore! Televisore non funzionante, la ragazza al check in se ne e' fregata malgrado la NS richiesta di supporto. Era seccata quando le abbiamo chiesto una camera al piano terra, senza ascensore era impossibile portare i bagagli al primo piano. Vasca piena di capelli. Finestra rotta da cui entrava il rumore della strada molto trafficata. Tende oscuranti non c'erano. Terribile. L'unica persona che lavora veramente e' il signore addetto alle colazioni, bravo e gentile. Il personale...

“The air conditioner worked and there was hot water. Other than that it was probably the worst maintained hotel I have stayed in. For example, the two office type chairs made with artificial leather upholstery had about 1/4 of the leather like finish peeled off showing the fabric backing. Fridge/Freezer had not been defrosted in years, about 3" thick Ice had built up around freezer leaving a usable space about 1 inch tall and 4 inches wide. Room smelled. Poll lamp was broken and leaned at...

Special shout-out to Carlos, who helped me with my luggage, even though it was not his job, and to Stephanie at the front desk, who helped me change rooms when the air conditioning was not working in my first room. She brought the new room keys up to me, and I am so grateful to her.”

“Very quaint. We loved it. The hot tub wasn’t super hot and was very chlorinated. The courtyard was absolutely adorable. The room was clean and cute and the mattress was comfy.”

“Over the indoor pool. Was well-maintained. Loved the breakfast. There was only one person doing breakfast. She did a fantastic job. I found her and was so happy to give her a tip as my thank you. Great bacon amazing bisquits and gravy. Delicious hot cinnamon rolls and if course oatmeal juice yogurt fresh fruit. So so good. We stayed for a week and the breakfast was consistently good and the staff were always friendly and helpful.”

“We needed to stop to sleep on a very long car trip. The place is decent and the staff was friendly. The odd thing we did see: a rolled towel on the floor with the soap packet next to it. We thought maybe someone used the shower and left it. The breakfast is NOT gluten free friendly. The coffee was terrible.”

“The room was ok the bath tub was well worn. Pool was nice. Breakfast was a disaster ants all by the food and crowling in and out of juice dispenser. Manager cleaned them upon request with towel.”
