Hotel vicino a Springdale Shopping Center - Oklahoma City

“Standard 3.5 start hotel. Very nice lobby and you can relaxe yourself in the sofas. Room and breakfast is over expectations. We found a black beetle on the room floor. It’s said it’s unavoidable in OK or TX. We lived 3 nights but only use the Tesla charger once. We checked the receptionist and be told the technician would solve the problem but not yet till we left.”

“Excellent location, nice rooms. Breakfast options may need some feedback to improve but it was better than a continental breakfast. Very spacious rooms, nice shower, very hot water in bathroom and kitchen areas. The pool was perfect for a sunny day!”

“Where do I stay? We had to change rooms 2-3 due to the sofa sleeper being broke. Every TV in the hotel was out of order and the elevators barely worked. Four flights of stairs had our knees buckling. The BEST thing about the hotel was the AMAZING STAFF!! From the overnight staff to the swing shift to day shift from the front desk to the maintenance!! They were the highlight of the show!! THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU DO STAFF!!!”

Certo, bisogna un po’ entrare nell’ottica del “viaggio da campo” ma può andar bene. Colazione gratuita passabile. Si può migliorare. ”

“The staff was soooo rude. She wrote the Wi-Fi wrong on the card holder then was upset that we didn’t understand it. There were lots of homeless people that are able to hang out all times of the night. It was soooo scary but we had to stay because it was getting really late.”

“10/10 experience at Citizen House! My husband and I just got back from our stay, and we had such a great time. We were there celebrating my graduation from RN school, and Citizen House made the whole experience feel so special. We got to eat in the members club area at the bar, and the bartender was excellent. He recommended amazing drinks and really added to the experience. We were also able to tour the property, take pictures, and meet a few people while we were there. The overall vibe was...

“The room was clean, spacious, and well designed. The refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher were convenient. We had a wonderful stay. The hotel was quiet. The outdoor pool area even has grills. The staff was wonderful!! They were very accommodating, cheerful, neat, and professional. I particularly enjoyed the complimentary pomegranate tea :)!! Thank you for a comforting stay!”
