The little food shop was really handy when we needed a late night snack and bottles of water (a vegetarian soup option would have been good for my two daughters ) We did have a problem with a scorching hot shower the first morning but the manager sorted it within a few hours , I think hooks placed in a different part of the bathroom(ie not directly above toilet ) would have been more hygienic and helpful for when...

“The staff was helpful. Enjoyed the hot tub but only one jet working. The room had an unpleasant smell and the remote didnt work but the staff got me a new one and I was able to have a late checkout with no charge. Breakfast was ok”

“Il check in è stato veloce e il personale alla reception gentilissimo. Ci ha dato anche degli utili suggerimenti per il nostro viaggio. La camera era pulita ma piuttosto datata e secondo me si potrebbe migliorare, così come la colazione che non è molto varia.”

“This is the best place to stay in Bellingham, by far. The rooms themselves are spotless, spacious, and have nice views and huge bathtubs. The toiletries they provide are nice products and they smell great. The proximity to the downtown fairhaven area is also great because you can do a little walk around the boardwalk and over to the shops. Overall incredible experience, this was my second stay and I’m coming back anytime I have a reason to be in Bellingham for a night.”

“Pinder from the front desk was an absolute gentleman. There was a minor issue but he resolved this within a minute! Would definitely be able to charge more with a few minor changes - excellent customer service and very clean rooms.”
