“I needed a handicapped room I booked 3 but needed at least 1 for my aunts but there was none available I put that on the information when I was booking. All rooms was far from each others. When I arrived at my room there was no pillow cases on none of the pillows. As soon as I was calling downstairs a man that was doing housekeeping open the door and walked in while me and my mother was in the room. “Unfortunately the property environment is not ideal for families with small children. People were smoking there most of the times, even the blankets have cigarette burnt holes which they haven’t changed. Beds are squishy, likely to get back pain. The room itself smells bad. I wouldn’t recommend it to my friends.”
