“Clean and well maintained property. Staff's were helpful and nice. Breakfast was very good. Property is next to train track, doesnt seem like a track that has super heavy train traffic. But still will have a train pass here and there at night. If the hotel is hosting a party on weekends it does get very loud until 10:30pm.”

“We checked in the room. Staff were not helped our take our luggages to our room. The bath room was very bad with water leakage from ceiling, water accumulating on the bath room floor. I complaint for this then they change to another room. Another room entrance without light again complaint then theu chsnge tje bulb. Bath room pipes having only hot water then complaint the staff came and repaired after only cold water was available. The total stay was horrible. The room was with old furniture's. ”

“It's the era of EVs so it's mandate that we maintain dedicated ev charging station and not let ICE cars park in EV zones we ended up spending 2 hours running around the parking area to get the ICE cars removed and 2 out of 3 charging stations were not functioning!! What kind of maintenance is this?? When asked staff responds that not many EVs visit our property...please consider having separate parking just for EVs since you have acres of land in the property also have more security staff to...

“Great location walking distance to many key sights whilst being in a lovely area. Beautiful heritage hotel, luxurious whilst feeling personal and intimate which is a rare combination Lots of small personal touches like Christmas cake, surprise family photo which we highly appreciated. Lovely little swimming pool (not deep) at the back of the garden which our children thoroughly enjoyed. Supper service a little slow but it was Christmas Eve and they apologised for it. “We stayed here during a 2-day visit to Mysuru. The hotel was centrally located to the main attractions. The property was well-maintained and had lots of amenities such as restaurant and spa within the premises. We had booked the garden suite and it was very comfortable for our family of 4. I highly recommend this place for travelers looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay.”

“The property was good, but when I gave a feedback on a nonfunctional door. manager got offended and wanted to prove i didn’t know how to use. He demanded I must accompany him to room to show me how to use the door. But when he saw the door was not functioning, he ended saying sorry and promising he will fix the door. Should learn how to take feedback and act on.”
