The breakfast was delicious, lots of choices.”

“We went to the room and noticed some issues - no clothes iron - outdated bath tub, broken tissue holder - dried spillage or vomit hidden behind the couch The pool is a decent size for kids. It needs a good cleaning as dirt marks is visible on the poolside. No shower for rinsing. The free breakfast is good for kids. Not much selection. The dog park is not well maintained, poop all over. The staff are helpful and prompt. They do regular cleaning of our room daily. Overall, the hotel is good for a...

“Quite convenient to walk around Whyte Ave, with plenty of bars nearby. However, it gets quite noisy at night, especially with cars passing along the street around midnight. I asked the staff if I could switch to a quieter room on the other side, but unfortunately that wasn’t possible. Additionally, the room amenities were quite limited, even no chair by the table.”

“Terrible when you didn’t done the reservation with them….,,thought Expedia or an other apps their staff they don’t care ,they keep selling the room for others and when you get their they give you a different room you didn’t reserved.”

“The room seemed new - no wear and tear and spotlessly clean. My one complaint lies not with the management but the builder. My floor had a pronounced hump which put stress on the laminate flooring that squeaked every time I moved on it. Not a big deal for me but I felt bad for the occupants below. I did my best to be quiet at my 0500 rise and exit but... there were still some squeaks. The location was quite convenient for both getting down to Whyte Ave and for leaving the city.”

“Toilet did not work properly. Maintenance worker came up and fixed temporarily, but that only worked for 10 minutes. Called again and they gave me a plunger that didn't work. They gave me a 10% discount for my inconvenience for my two days of having to plunge the toilet every time it was flushed and I had to ask for the discount!”

“The room that I stayed in was not good. The sheets had stains, the mattress was in really bad shape, to the point where my neck and back started hurting after two days. The staff is good. They were happy to change my room because of the bed issue.”
