“The hotel was great and the customer service was outstanding! Just a couple of suggestions: there were no trash bags in trash cans, no bag for laundry and the biggest suggestion MICROWAVE IN THE ROOMS!! Went to an event and by the time we made it back to hotel there was no way to heat up leftovers from lunch and nothing open to order from. Just suggestions, but a beautiful property!!”

“It was very clean and nicely decorated. The house is a cool old building. The AC worked great (important, as it was super muggy outside.) I was only there for a couple nights but I think it would have worked well for a longer stay. ”

“This was my first time staying here. I stayed in the clock tower. The hotel and room were excellent. The hotel is very beautiful and convenient with a market area for coffee and restaurants. The light show in the lobby is just gorgeous! Room was very clean and spacious The staff was so professional and friendly. I was extremely impressed how friendly everyone was. "All’arrivo il check in è stato sbrigativo, la persona alla reception ci ha chiesto il documento a gesti e fatto la chiave della camera senza nemmeno salutarci nè spiegarci i servizi dell’hotel. La camera era un po’ rumorosa (verso l’esterno), ma tutto sommato confortevole, peccato che nel bagno mancavassero gli asciugamani per entrambi e sul pavimento abbiamo trovato capelli e altro sporco. Per riassumere: la struttura offrirebbe molto, ma il personale non la valorizza adeguatamente nei confronti degli ospiti."
