Jamie at the desk “tried “ to get it changed or compensate for the lack of clarity but nothing was done. The room shows wear and tear, was basic. The floors were nasty, we had to sweep and mop on day one, the babies socks looked like they had walked on a tarred road. The pools were nice, not enough loungers though. The beach was beautiful. Our family enjoyed the pool and the beach. The elevators...
