“Historic building with spacious rooms. Amazing hall. Maybe too expensive the valet parking but the attendant inform correctly that a public parking is close to the hotel. The position is fantastic: close to everything but easy to get from highway. Nothing else to write, I’m happy to have been to this great hotel!”

“We checked in around 1am on Friday/Saturday March 20/21. The first impression with the front desk agent was poor. She wasn’t pleasant. Her face showed like she didn’t care. No smile. It’s really not difficult to be pleasant and it is expected at a higher end hotel to receive at least better than average service. She was doing some paperwork and honestly seemed put off by us. “Apt was great and spacious, its very convenient to Pitt and CMU but entrance is in a side street that feels like an alley and the immediate area doesn’t feel like a neighborhood so that was only downside. Literally 2 min drive to anywhere but prefer to stay where immediate area is more walkable lively community. For the price and space it was great though.”

“The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. Very nice hotel overall. We just ran into a couple issues. Despite booking a 2 queen room, they overbooked and we were downgraded to a king and sofabed, told it was an upgrade at no additional charge, but it certainly wasn't. We realized we weren't provided sheets for the sofabed, so we called housekeeping. We never received the sheets so we used the top sheet off of the king bed for our daughter. The sofabed was as hard as a rock. Honestly...

“The breakfast was garbage it was cold and had only one meat which was turkey sausage and it was frozen . My room didn’t have no body soap nor enough wash rag or towels the pool did seem to clean and it didn’t even have a jacuzzi ”

“The bed was very comfortable, the kitchen was great, the TV was nice but no local channels, I didn't use the washer/dryer but nice to have in the room. The only issue was road noise came through the large windows.”
