“This was a recently listed property, maybe that is why the price was so appealing. And no, I don't regret it in any way. It is a portion of a one-family house now subdivided into areas for different guests. Each one has a separate entry, and everyone could share the lawn and the parking lot. “Apt was shabbier than presented. Bed was uncomfortable for one sleeper. Can’t imaging having 2 trying to get comfortable. Sofa/futon would not fold down for sleep. Shower diverted is broken and sprays tenant when the water is turned on. Location good! Sad to have been so uncomfortable. ”

“The property was in a very good location, the communication from the host was excellent, she allowed us to check in early, and the apartment was clean. A few suggestions would be to add nightstands with drawers next to the bed, change the type of exit sign above the door (it's very bright at night), and change the blinds to shut out the outside lights at night.”
