Hotel a St. Charles

“This place was a perfect family spot! It is a hot spring, which was a little slimy but not off putting. It was great for the littles to jump and splash in while also being so thing for the adults. The room (hotel bit) was perfect for my family of 4. I love the idea of going back and trying the cabins. It was an easy beautiful (less than 1hr drive) to bear lake, and also easy drive to Logan. Perfect little get away.”

“Breakfast: Great hot breakfast with very nice and recently remodeled dining area and food buffet room. Room: Clean with plenty of towels. Only clean room on 4th day if staying 3 days or longer. Had a few things to report to staff: 2nd deadbolt (do not disturb flag) not working and bathroom exhaust fan not working... Parking: In center court of facility so somewhat protected from any severe weather and more secure. Staff: mixed feedback on staff. All housekeeping were great. Some front counter...

“Not one thing it was the worst experience and stay I have ever had. I kid you not my granddaughter when we first drive up sees a little jungle gym. She begs me to go over I said sure before we even get into the hotel. There are bugs everywhere. Then there are two portable fire pits. It looks like someone had tried to burn a cover of a sofa. The pieces were everywhere. I told her that we could not go back. We have not even got into our hotel room when someone is coming up to us and saying...

“No breakfast available. Kitchenette was skimpy at best. Microscopic microwave. Brought supplies to make breakfast but no containers in unit or utensils to use. Expected at least a small stove top. No supplies for coffee except hot cups & stirrers. No closets or way to hang your clothes. ONE closet for all 3 bedrooms. ?!? Four towels for 5 people. :( Closet in downstairs bdrm was LOCKED. Probably used for storage of sheets & towels but inconvenient for guests. A/C was reasonable but fan was...

“Loved everything about the place. Except the cameras on each floor of the balcony kinda makes you feel lack of privacy. And having a tv in the master bedroom where your only able to watch dvds on and no dvds provided .minimal things. But other than that we would stay there again.”
