“Visitors must be aware of the steep, difficult climb from the main road. Fit folx in their 20s and 30s won't be too fussed, but we're pretty fit for our 50s and it was a real effort. Handrails leading up to the yurts would make an excellent safety addition. We stayed in the top yurt (#4) and the views are tremendous and worth the big climb. We requested breakfast delivery in the am and it arrived on time! Delicious. Recommend this relatively new destination!”

“Highly recommend this hotel. It is right on the water a little on the outskirts, but easy walk to boat taxis and the town. The hotel was clean and the staff was excellent. The room was awesome, I was in #8 which is at the very top with a great view of the lake. They have kayaks to use which I did early one morning to catch a sunrise. “I couldn't have asked for a better view of the lake! This hotel also offers a generous breakfast included, a restaurant where you can eat until 8 PM, Tuktuk service, and organized tours. There's also a small library where you can borrow books. My room had a very comfortable bed and a bathtub with a window overlooking the lake. The only thing missing are curtains to darken the sunlight that enters at dawn and to ensure more privacy. Definitely recommended.”
