Hotel vicino a St. James Wood Park - Toledo

“The Internet and our area of the hotel did not work. Reported it to the front desk on the first day of our stay and nothing was fixed. Room was not made up after our first day and only made up on our second day. Coffee at the coffee bar was overpriced at $4.50 per cup. Overall, a very disappointing experience.”

“The staff was absolutely amazing! The man that checked us in was very friendly and informative. The cleaning staff was so sweet and kind and the manager was very helpful and even offered to allow us to check out late so we could shower after running our marathon!! Which we were extremely grateful for so we didn’t have to drive 3 hours home stinky! Would definitely recommend and stay here again! ”

“The room was a good size, and the bed was comfortable, which made my stay decent overall—especially since I was in town for a half marathon. The location and price were also strong positives. However, there were several downsides. A number of people seemed to be lingering in the lobby and near the front entrance smoking, and the smell of marijuana was very noticeable when I entered the building. When I requested an extra pillow, I was instead given some wrinkled sheets, which was disappointing....
