“Yes it was all excellent ”

“The Internet and our area of the hotel did not work. Reported it to the front desk on the first day of our stay and nothing was fixed. Room was not made up after our first day and only made up on our second day. Coffee at the coffee bar was overpriced at $4.50 per cup. Overall, a very disappointing experience.”

“Elevator was so slow. All the amenities and building is pretty old and the room smells from the old carpet.”

“Rooms are nowhere near the quality of the pictures on the site. Very dirty, many broken things. Unsafe feeling in the environment. Found another hotel and left this one. Was told they would refund us because of the quality issue but haven't seen a refund yet almost a week later.”
