Little Palm Vista Guest Suite, situata al livello del giardino di un caratteristico cottage in pietra dell'isola, è la perfetta fuga romantica. La maggior parte dei nostri ospiti sono in luna di miele o coppie che celebrano il loro anniversario. Situato in cima a una collina che confina con il Parco Nazionale, ha una vista spettacolare a 280 gradi dei Caraibi. Per coloro che desiderano una posizione più appartata con arredi di lusso, ma più economica di una camera d'albergo in un resort sull'isola.

Gli interni arredati in modo impeccabile vantano un letto a baldacchino King Size con un comodo materasso pillow top. La camera ha una zona salotto con tavolo a mosaico in pelle di serpente e 2 sedie. Le grandi porte scorrevoli in vetro si aprono sulla vista sull'oceano e un ponte piastrellato in corallo privato. 2 porte-finestre aggiuntive si aprono su un portico coperto privato e patio. La suite comprende un angolo cottura personalizzato con lavello, frigorifero / congelatore, forno a microonde, frullatore, tostapane e macchina per il caffè e una griglia esterna con fornello laterale per cucinare.

Il bagno di lusso con mobili personalizzati contiene marmo bianco carrera luccicante. La grande doccia con accenti di piastrelle di vetro presenta una finestra con vista sull'oceano ed è abbastanza grande per due.

La Suite degli ospiti ha una scala e un ingresso separati, con veranda privata coperta, balcone e patio. Little Palm è situato in un quartiere tranquillo.

Una bellissima piscina piastrellata in vetro iridescente con una panchina ti consente di rilassarti mentre ti godi la vista panoramica sull'oceano ... un posto meraviglioso per godersi il tramonto e un cocktail dopo la spiaggia. (Vedi i dettagli della piscina sotto i servizi.) La suite per gli ospiti di Little Palm è il luogo perfetto per coccolare te stesso e il tuo compagno per una meravigliosa vacanza ai Caraibi che non dimenticherete mai!

È vietato fumare nei locali. Per il tuo soggiorno sarà necessaria un'auto a noleggio; Si consiglia una jeep a 2 porte. (Probabilmente non utilizzerai la 4x4, ma i veicoli di tipo Jeep siedono più in alto da terra, rendendoli migliori per le strade di San Giovanni.) Le strade sono tutte lastricate dal traghetto al tuo parcheggio piatto.

Little Palm Vista - Fish Bay

My wife and I came to St. John for our honeymoon and the stay was way better than expected! The communication and check in was a breeze and once we got there, the views were breathtaking! We felt the location was perfect as we were a short drive to everything but also felt like we were out of the hustle and bustle of town. The amenities and villa was better than advetised and it was truly the best trip and stay we could have asked for! We will definitely be coming back!

Beautiful villa with a view

We loved the balcolny the most! Coffee in the morning and a drink at night. So fun to watch the boats and the water. The room was perfect for us. We appriciated the use of beach chairs and pool noodles. Michael was super kind and helpful. We would definately come back!

Spectacular Views

We booked the suite based on the depicted views and we weren’t disappointed! Loved watching the sunrise from the bougainvillea draped deck and hearing the surf at night. In fact, the accommodation became one of the highlights of the trip. While driving in St John is not for the faint of heart, we found the trek up to Skytop road to be less stressful than feared. There’s very little traffic on the road Just do it.

Wished we could have stayed longer!

My husband and I were fortunate enough to get away to Little Palm Vista and my only regret is not being able to stay longer! The suite is perfectly appointed and looks exactly like the pictures. The views are BREATHTAKING and we saw incredible rainbows from our balconies on more than one day. We visited a different gorgeous beach every day (our goal) but also loved coming back for a dip in our private pool and having wine and coffee on our balcony. While this is a mountaintop home, we truly had no issue navigating the road in our Jeep and Michael the owner even came to meet us on our first day to escort us up to the house. Michael made wonderful recommendations for restaurants and bars, was very responsive to questions and could not have been kinder to us. This was one of my favorite getaways ever and made us love St. John even more. We can’t wait to come back to Little Palm Vista!

A beautiful place to stay

Little Palm was outstanding in so many ways. The view the ambiance, the private pool, the spacious bathroom. Mike, the owner, was a wealth of information- where to eat, hiking trails, beaches, etc. He was readily available and also kind, we will miss him! He made our trip.I have read other reviews about the “horror” of the drive, but once we did it a couple of times, it was just fine. We drove it at night after dinner many times. It was so worth it for the peace and quiet. We are in our 60s and didn’t find the drive a reason not to be at this location which felt like paradise. If you are a couple and love nature, do yourself a favor and stay here. You will not regret it. Should you need any more information, feel free to contact us at 216-244-2483. Beautiful view

The view here was beautiful. The owner was very nice. We have never been to St John and didn’t know what to expect. We are in our 70s. The drive up to this area was extremely stressful for us as we had never driven on the left side of the road and the turns were very sharp and the roads were filled with dips, holes, and speed humps .It took 15 minutes each way to get to Cruz Bay. Next time we will definitely stay in town .

wow just wow!

We had an amazing stay at Little Palm Vista—everything was absolutely perfect!Michael went above and beyond, offering fantastic recommendations for restaurants, beaches, and activities. His warm hospitality made us feel right at home.The drive was simple thanks to Michael’s guidance and map. The place was spotless, and Michael provided snorkel gear, beach chairs, a cooler, and noodles, making beach days effortless. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the grill, toaster oven, and fridge made it easy to prepare meals at home. A nice break from eating out on vacation. The balcony views were simply breathtaking!We loved playing bocce ball while taking in the stunning ocean views, reading by the pool, and stargazing at night. This place truly feels like a little slice of paradise! We even chose to stay home and enjoy the Vrbo instead of heading to the beach some days because it had everything we needed to relax and unwind.Thank you for an unforgettable trip—we can’t wait to come back!

Fabulous View

Waking up to this view could never get old. Very quiet and private, which is exactly what we were looking for. We did not cook at all except for the toaster, because we love to try local cuisine, but had everything that we needed. The information that Michael provided was excellent and helpful in planning.

10th Anniversary Trip to St. John

We had a great time staying at the Little Palm Vista for our 10th anniversary trip. The view was phenomenal from the balcony and we enjoyed use of the pool and grill. The guest suite was more than enough space for the two of us, and the bed was very comfortable. Michael provided all the details we needed well ahead of the trip to make sure our travel went as smoothly as possible. Looking forward to a trip back in the future!

Almost perfect

We had a wonderful time at this property. The location is mid-island which makes getting around the island pretty easy, all communication beforehand was excellent and set us up for success, and the pool is an amazing place to wind away the ends of days. We did have a few issues, all of which Michael addressed, but which led to lower ratings on our part. 1) When we arrived, the property had not been properly cleaned (dirt in entryway, still used soap in shower, dirty vase on calendar). A second cleaning crew came by the next day and fixed this. 2) Not sure if time of year or not, but we were not able to see the sunrise or the sunset from the property, which was disappointing given the views in the property listing. 3) Some emergency repairs needed to be made to Michaels' main house, which meant workers were there (quite noisily) for several hours one day, preventing us from using the pool. A heads up would have been nice. I think much of this was in part due to Michael not being able to be present during our visit, as the communication we did have with him was excellent. It's a great place otherwise, and it's truly fantastic for a couple visiting St John for the first time.

Thought of everything

This was our first trip to St. John so we had no idea what to expect. Michael’s meticulous notes helped us immensely. We felt incredibly prepared throughout our week in paradise. From navigating the arrival process to making dinner reservations, Michael had it covered! Michael was incredibly prompt in addressing an AC issue and kept us notified of the inevitable power outages. We would highly recommend staying at one of his properties. You’ll feel like you got a private travel agent as part of the deal😉

Amazing View!

We had a great vacation here! The space was as described and the bed was super comfortable. Michael, the owner, was very helpful and very responsive when we had questions. The view was incredible, the pool was awesome, and it was quiet at night for sleeping. We had everything we needed in the kitchen area. We really enjoyed our beach days and had an overall great time exploring St. John!

Little Palm Vista

Little Palm, Honey moon suite My wife and I have visited St John more than a handful of times. This is our first time since covid. I had hoped the Island hasn’t lost its charm. Most times we stay in a one bed villa’s. Having stayed in most , I will say Little palm is one of the nicest I think the nicest we have stayed. The only place that I could watch the sun rise with my coffee overlooking Fish Bay. And while watching the sunset with my favorite beverage. Beautiful view from your private balcony.The villa was very clean and had the amenities to make our stay comfortable. The evening breeze was refreshing and the sound of the surf below soothing . The host Michael was very helpful. My first time with the VRBO experience Michael was very helpful with the reservation . Also meeting us at the ferry and showing the way to the Villa. The villa offers all the privacy we could want the pool area was very nice and well kept. The entire Villa was exceptionally well maintained. Michael Krienik has other Villas to choose from. Great vacation

We had a great week in St John at this property. The room was spotless, the bed was extremely comfy and the view was beyond compare. This is our third stay on the island and this property was spectacular and perfect for two. We had a private pool and sitting on the balcony overlooking fish bay with a cup of coffee in the morning began a day of perfection. Michael provided a guest book that was the most comprehensive I’ve ever seen. It included all the possible information we needed including rating local restaurants. Prior to arrival, he provided extensive information regarding transportation, etc. We will definitely return!

Truly Paradise!

The views from the guest suite at Little Palm are amazing. The route to get there , however, can be harrowing with many hairpin turns and steep uphills. That said, the end is worth it! The owner, Michael is very friendly and helpful in guiding us to restaurants and tours. The king size bed is one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in.it is a lovely spot.

A Perfect Anniversary

We chose Little Palm Vista for our anniversary return to St. John, where we were married 30 years ago. It was a perfect choice in a perfect location, and Michael was the perfect host. Michael met us at the Jeep rental location, accompanied us to buy groceries, and guided us to his beautiful villa in the southern mountains overlooking the Caribbean. The view was spectacular, the accommodations were comfortable and luxurious, and Michael was always available with helpful advice. Michael is more than warm and gracious host, he became a friend and we look forward to returning to spend more time with him at Little Palm Vista in a few months.
