“Owner used my phone on file to text the door code. Felt like I was getting scammed cause i called the property manager and was informed that the code is only received via text. Was able to get the code through the app messager finally and was confused why the owner didn’t send the code through the app like every one else does. Once i got the code, everything was all good and had a great stay. Lovely property and room.”

“This is a lovely B&B in a classic and historic 1904 red brick house. Our host Terri provided delicious breakfasts, as well as a self-serve beverage bar with coffee, tea, water, and soft drinks. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms large and luxurious. The weather even cooperated and we sat outside on the veranda for afternoon tea. Very conveniently located within walking distance to all the quilt shops.”

“Our room was so comfortable and homey! We slept better than in our own beds at home. Everything was perfectly to our liking. Breakfast was wonderful as well as was the company and the owner of the residence was a delight. The only word I can use to sum up the whole thing is charming. We plan to be back.”

“Sit by the River, listen to the birds, watch the eagles, feel the breeze, and have access to lots of great restaurants, all kinds of music, shopping and historic sites. Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, wi-fi and Roku TV. Very clean, and if you’re lucky you might get to meet a sweet dog named Finn. If you want an “upscale” resort with amenities this is probably not your spot, but we LOVED it! Thanks, Anthony for being a thoughtful host. 😊”

“Beautiful period house with amenities galore. Kitchen full of snacks and coffee to get you going. Be aware there are lots of stairs…no problem for us. One snafu with temperature but I think we just weren’t smart enough to figure out thermostat. St Joe has some amazing museums!”
