“The air conditioner sounded like a loud table saw every time it was running and I couldn't get more than two or three stations on the TV set. Not a pleasant way to spend the night.”

“Clean room, friendly staff, and perfect for a last-minute stay. It was a smooth experience overall, and I appreciated that they are actively updating the property with new amenities.”

“Stay was great - courteous staff, cleanliness. Breakfast for a weekend should be until 10am, not 9am! We did not make the breakfast time.”

“I prepaid a 2-night stay however when I arrived I was informed that the elevator was out of order and I would have to climb the stairs. I explained that my aunt was disabled and could not climb stairs. They told me that there were no rooms on the first floor available and could not help me. They also told me that the elevator had been out of order for a few weeks. I also overheard the staff talking about running out of coffee for breakfast. Needless to say that I will not ever stay here....

“Sketchy checking in, no one is ever at the front they leave a list of numbers to text for help, it’s like someone living there managing the place with babies and kids everywhere. Room was already booked so they had to give us a different room with less features. They do not clean your room multiple night stays, they don’t issue more towels, I’m a big girl and we were denied. The room smelled strongly of some kind of fume smell there were bugs on the floor and they also say you have to supply...
