“The room was extremely clean and the property managers were very nice and talked with my husband and I about how the property had recently been remodeled and the bathrooms are stunning.”

“This stay we did not have the breakfast for the two days, we slept in. Room was clean but smelt musty. Mattress was soft. Staff was great! We stay here cause it's the closest hotel to our son's place and unfortunately he does not have room to put us up. Both stays we never went to the pool. Hotel is very conveniently located.”

“They room was clean, the bed was nice and comfy, I was able to get top floor which was nice but I was connected to another room via the door and it did make me uncomfortable. For a room that was suppose to be quiet, it was very loud actually. But not to the point where I couldn’t sleep. Enjoyed my mini getaway ”

“There was a mix up with our room but was quickly adjusted and staff went out of their way to help up and get us to where we needed to be. We were very close to the pool and area restaurants. ”

“The staff was short and when I tried to check out, the guy just stood in front of me and played on his phone, then answered his cell phone using his ai glasses and proceeded to ignore me until I said, should I just leave the keys here? Then he decided to help me check out! He was apparently the manager on duty so this is extremely sad! The room was dingy, the door to the bathroom was falling apart and our feet were black just walking from shower to the bed to get dressed! It was gross!!! ”

“The property was very nice, clean and it smelled clean (smells are a pet peeve). Only issue was that they say they will clean on the 3rd day, they didn’t. There was a misunderstanding (I believe). ”

“I wanted to love this property. Unfortunately the pictures on their page oversell the balcony/patio views. Great walk ability to downtown. The staff is great but Rhonda was outstanding! She helped us get a room that was dark and quiet enough and made sure we were taken care of. Thanks again Rhonda. ”

“Per il check in anticipato mi hanno chiesto $25! Scandaloso!! Arrivo spesso negli hotel in anticipo anche di 6-7 ore dall'orario del check in e, se la stanza è già pronta, me la danno senza alcun sovraprezzo!Una cortesia in più che, al momento di lasciare una recensione sulla struttura, vale di sicuro tanto...invece domandando $25 si sono dimostrati davvero scortesi. Negativo. Peccato perché la struttura è accogliente e pulita. ”

“Was sad that there was not a free breakfast or ready made coffee or cream for the coffee. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Clean and nicely decorated lobby and rooms”

“The resort is wonderful. Very clean and room was well kept. The pool area is very nice and clean. My only complaint was about the young lady who programmed my key card for only one night after already staying there 4 days. She didn’t say anything this twice and on Sunday after every one left for the day , I was afraid to go out that once again I would be locked out. Shout out to Noreen from housekeeping who kept checking on me. I will be back in June.”
