“Everything was great except the water temperature in the shower would fluctuate sometimes. Other than that we highly recommend the Simon Hotel”

“Hotel was not as enjoyable as previous stays. Pillows in king room need to be replaced- old, flat and no shape. Room smelled like cigarette smoke daily even though it was a non smoking room. Housekeeping for first 2 days was n it great, rushed. 3rd morning was a different staff member and she did a much better job and it was visible with attention to detail When checking out, we were not even asked how our stay of 4 nights was like previous times. Breakfast staff were friendly and always busy....

“It was a good hotel, great location. The grandkids loved the pool. The hotel is clean, but the hotel was under construction. The parking lot needs to be paved and stairs repaired from parking lot A to B.”

“The owner\hostess was rude and obsequious. She has a footwear issue…..and offered used slippers as an alternative. The physical plant was fine. This is not a hotel….it is her and her yapping dogs home. I don’t pay $300 for a lecture.”

“Check in was fast. They changed to a water view room for me the next day. Room was clean & cleaning lady Priyanka was very friendly ＆ helpful. Air conditioning is cool enough for hot summer days！ Restaurant staff were nice though you may need to remind them your breakfast should be hot（sometimes came a bit cold）. So far happy with my stay ＆ the location is great！”
