“The hotel is in a more "sketchy" part of town. Anytime you see a "belongings at your own risk" sign you know there is a reason. Hotel is right beside of an airport parking lot. Room was clean except what looked to be pubic hairs in the bed & a big indention in the bed. Made an uncomfortable sleeping position. Batteries were dying in the remote. Overall 3.8/5”

“I wanted to share my disappointment regarding my recent stay at Doubletree Hilton Jacksonville Riverfront and will include all photos at the end. I originally booked this hotel because I have fond memories of staying here with my family years ago when it operated as the Crowne Plaza. “The property has been under renovations for over 6 months (unknown to me when i made the reservation). No turn down service in the 4 nights I was there (I asked twice). They were obviously short-staffed”
