“The breakfast was very good. The staff very friendly and the rooms were very clean. ”

“They are sneaky, they hide a $10 parking fee per day. They also charge $16 for a basic breakfast. I clearly chose to prepay for $10 for the breakfast for my entire stay, but the young lady at the front desk just told me that it was $16. She couldn't explain that because I booked through Expedia it was only going to cost us $10. I wouldn't have minded spending $10 had I known that's what I would have been charged. Training is important. If you call to complain that you're upstairs neighbors...

“TOO MANY ISSUES WITH THIS HOTEL SALEM ON OUR STAY. We checked-in late around 9 PM. After being outside watching 2 college baseball games in the cold, we just wanted to go to the hotel and go to sleep. The first issue was my keycard was NOT opening the door so I used my wife's keycard which worked. The second issue was the left sink was not draining, luckily the right sink was working. “Average place”

“I found cockroaches in my bathroom. They even got into the shower when my son was showering. I took pictures and a video. I very kindly and quietly approached the front desk and spoke with a very nice young lady who promised me a call from the manager immediately. I never received a call. I then emailed the hotel with details and requesting at the very least a response, and I still received nothing. Not a single word. I have worked in the hotel industry. I would have refunded my stay immediately...
