“We are very happy to stay here. The service was outstanding. Th e staffs were warm, attentive, and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. We arrived quite early and asked about early check-in, and the front desk kindly accommodated us, which we really appreciated. The room was comfortable and thoughtfully designed, and the location was excellent. Breakfast was another highlight, with great quality and lovely service.”

“A very convenient location, friendly hosts, rooms are always very clean. The continental breakfast is a lovely extra touch that sets it apart. Highly recommended, we’ve stayed several times a will definitely e back again!”

“The room was clean and bed was comfortable. Couple of of items that need attention. The curtains at the ranch slider had mould patches. There was some slight damage to the bathtub surround. Staff were great and eager to assist. Recommend the local Cranford Alehouse for meals. Parking was good however the last night had to park on the road as all parks were full. Kitchen was compact and had only 2 of everything e.g. utensils, glasses and cups so had to wash dishes often when preparing meals.”

“Very happy with Adelphi, rooms were new and clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Stayed with 2 small children, rooms were well equipped and quiet.”

“Please pay attention to the food and beverage credit from skipping daily housekeeping. It can only be used in the restaurant. I don't mind the credit after all. But It wasted my time trying to use it for drinks by the front desk, for which I was told by two staff members that I can use the credit. When I went for the drink, the third staff member refused to let me use the credit by showing me the smallest fine prints. I have nothing against the third staff member. Just hope the management would...

“The staff were genuinely friendly, helpful, and professional, which made a real difference to our stay. Breakfast was fresh, with plenty of variety and more than enough to choose from. The room and bed were modern, clean, and very comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised overall and would highly recommend staying here. If there were a six-star rating, Sudima Christchurch City would absolutely deserve it.”

“Service was very friendly and helpful. The upgrade was appreciated and the fact that I could checkin earlier after a long flight. Location is great close to a bakery in what seems like a good neighborhood. Bed was comfortable , heater in the bathroom was great Z soap, conditioner and shampoo provided. Maybe the only thing I would change is not charge extra for laundry as it’s off putting.”
