Guest house a St. Petersburg - Clearwater

“I had booked this place for 2 days, it was a valentines getaway from my fiancé.. we'll check in we walked in and I instantly heard yelling from across the hall, cussing, kids screaming etc.. I smelled a nasty moldy smell instantly.. Being someone with severe asthma I instantly started to sneeze, runny nose, watery eyes etc... we walked back to the pool area and it was by far the nastiest pool I've ever seen!! “Cozy space. We found everything exactly as described/pictured. Very pleased!”

“Walking distance to all the museums, the St Pete Pier, and great rrstaurants. As a finished garage soace, it was very tight, but we were able to make it work. Great location.”

“The host was very helpful and prompt with their response”

“Communication was quick and friendly. They addressed my questions timely. When we arrived, the guest house was clean, comfortable, and very nice. We were very impressed and would definitely stay there again when in the area.”

“This was a nicely appropriated space! It was just me and the wife, but it was only 2 minutes from my daughter's place, so it worked out comfortably. It was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. I would definitely stay here again. The host stayed in constant communication with us and provided for everything we needed.”

“Pros..Bed and pillows were super comfortable! Nice amentities like tiki bar, outside pool, and arcade center. Good facility, with boat docking and a restraunt. Cons... shower and sink in the room had a very hard time draining. I did not say anything because i checked in super late and when i checked out at 4am there was no one at the front desk to tell. Towels were in a drawer by the sink that i had no clue about. They had very small towes hanging up by the shower so i thought that was all they...
