Parking pass
The parking pass process is messy. Got a call a day before we left too while sitting by the pool about which pass we got and such. Thankful we got the blue pass because parking so far away would have been so hard! Overall though, our ONLY issue! Location is prime and everything was so clean and nice. Thankful they had chairs and umbrellas for the beach too, pool was WONDERFUL AND 86 degrees at all times! Fabulous. Thank you!

Great location, responsive owner, a bit worn.
When we arrived the unit smelled of smoke and was very musty smelling. Since there is a strict no smoking policy/fee I let the management know as well as the unit owner as we did not want to be charged. The owner was very nice and responsive and said housekeeping would come spray. We left for about 30 minutes, but didn't notice any change or spray smell when we returned. We did really appreciate how quickly the owner contacted us though. Housekeeping could be better. There were plates on the table for display/use, but had cheese or egg yolk on them, there was hair in the bathroom on shelves, and the bed spread had hair and sand on it. The rest of the unit seemed cleaned. The unit is nicely appointed, but a bit worn in places with use. It has been updated, but the quality is not the best for heavy use. The kitchen cabinet was peeling, the door on the laundry closet keep falling out as it wasn't sized to fit in the track and almost hit one of us. Also, the trim one of the blinds fell off while one of us was watching TV and was a near miss. Fresh paint in the bathroom is needed. We did love the location right off the beach, close to lots of shopping and dining. It was safe and well secured. It was also great to have beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. on site for guest use. There were books in the unit to read on the beach, which was also nice. For the location it was worth the price.

The beach is there
Overall loved the stay. Don't have to cross a road to get to the beach. Location was everything i had hoped for.Our unit had lots of cups and plates which was great as we had 4 people. Property was clean. Pool was heated. Property had community beach chairs and sand toys. This was a big plus for us. The welcome email didnt have the door code. I was worried as it was late on a Friday when we arrived. But someone answered the phone and got us a code. I would recommend. Issues/problems below. Hot water was spotty. Couldnt get hot water and pressure at the same time in the shower. As someone who has done DIY home improvements i could tell some of the finishing was DIY. Didn't bother us but if things like that bother you be prepared. Fire Station is across the street, you will hear sirens. But you'll probably hear them everywhere anyway.

Our condo was for the most part clean upon arrival. We did have issues with the water pressure in the shower when you turn the shower to hot and the hot water took a good amount of time to get hot. Other than that was a good experience

Great location! You will not be disappointed!
Great location! We came in September. Weather was beautiful. Not super crowded. Beach is half a block down. There’s a whole strip of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Hulk Hogan’s bar is across the street. Cute condo. Nicely decorated. Nice 2 bedroom, full kitchen and washer dryer. Good size pool. My first complaint would be the bathroom. Normally I wouldn’t care but we had a wedding to attend and it was little difficult to get ready in that bathroom. Poor lighting, sink splashes up on your clothes, dust bunnies on the upper walls and dust in all the corners. My second complaint is that check-in was at 4. I didn’t receive any room number or code to get in. I got a hold of the realtor company who said they emailed the info. I did receive other emails from them so not sure why I didn’t receive that one. They texted me the room number and code to get in the room. Our flight landed at 12pm and when we Uber’d to the location the gates around the complex were locked. I again had to text the realtor company for a code to get in the gate at 12:30 in the morning. They did reply right away. Other than the bathroom, and freaking out at 12:30 in the morning… we had a great time and will definitely be back to this property!
