“The Inn is under construction it looks like it will be a while before they will get done. So consider this when booking. We checked in Friday to Sunday and they were working on weekends up to about 6 pm you could hear the banging. Our room looked clean but it’s outdated. Nice location, close to the lighthouse and restaurants. Parking was tight under the building but plenty spots in front of the hotel.”

“Ocean Lodge Resort is in a good location and very close to the beach. A parking garage is available and nice. The restaurant and bar is only open in the evening on Wednesday through Saturday. The floors in our unit were dirty so we wore shoes during our stay. The patio was nice but the unit was dark. This didn’t feel like a resort.”

“Room was fairly nice, staff was extremely friendly (must be a real emphasis by the hotel administration), breakfast was good but not great, facilities overall were very nice.”

“The Kress was an amazing surprise for my wife and I during a quick overnighter to meet up with some old childhood friends. I grew up in this area and the downtown district had been forgotten. It was great to see this place back to life. The Kress has done an excellent job restoring this old department store. The rooms are incredible with large common space and bedrooms. I wished we had booked an extra night. ”

“Cool historic place but for the price would’ve rather just visited. Super small rooms, one bar with five seats, no real on site dining for dinner, and man they better fix that water pressure as you’ll get more wet sweating than standing under that. Prob my last time visiting but cool place”

Il grosso problema di questo hotel è che se si resta più di un giorno nei giorni successivi, bisogna richiedere di pulire le stanze e non vengono mai pulite Come si deve. Vengono solo cambiati gli asciugamani, svuotati i cestini e a volte tirati i letti. Non è accettabile che per soggiorni più lunghi si debba rimanere con lo sporco e la polvere...

“Lovely property with great marsh views. The room was spacious and the bathroom adequate. Our room had some sort of plank floors which quite frankly were filthy. We had to wipe our feet off with damp washcloths several times or wear socks the whole time. We tried to have brunch on Sunday and were told they weren't open yet. It was 10:22, and brunch started at 10:30!”
