“Everything is perfect the stuff is good”

“Absolutely phenomenal stay! The hotel was spotless, the staff was fantastic, the rooms were quiet, and the breakfast was so good I briefly considered extending my vacation just to eat another waffle. “The staff when we checked in were very friendly. At the time of check in the elevators were down, and they gave us the last main floor room. And the last positive I can say is the breakfast was fine. Now the reasons I will never stay there again. Rooms are uncomfortable and you can hear full conversations going on next door, stomping upstairs, remote didn't work for the television. “Very dirty. There wasn’t any toilet paper or Kleenex. Walls were dirty and the floors were sticky.”

“The towels need to be replaced. They had holes in the wash cloths and were very worn.”
