“Breakfast was a great variety. Coffee and hot water were lukewarm on first day. Much better second day of our stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was larger than expected. Parking was easy and appreciated. ”

“I recently stayed at The Etage during a trip to Pittsburgh for a conference. My overall experience was positive from start to finish. The location was incredibly convenient- everything was within walking distance, which made my stay even more enjoyable. From the moment I walked in, I was pleasantly surprised by the space. My room felt more like a modern industrial apartment than a traditional hotel room - which was an unexpected touch. The view of downtown Pittsburg from my window was amazing...

“Breakfast was great. Location was great. Staff very helpful. My score of a 3 was based on the size of the room for the price. No USB port except on the TV which when plugged in stopped the TV from playing. The size of the room was sooooooo small. The price indicated luxury and spaciousness and that was not the case. Even though I was a solo traveler there should have more for my money. Will not stay there again unless the price comes down”

“The breakfast was garbage it was cold and had only one meat which was turkey sausage and it was frozen . My room didn’t have no body soap nor enough wash rag or towels the pool did seem to clean and it didn’t even have a jacuzzi ”

“The location is great. The hotel itself is run down. They offer a breakfast but it is not stocked in the mornings. We were down at 9:30 am (over at 10) and there was nothing left. The towels in our room were badly stained. The gym had the very basics. The smell outside the hotel smells like sewerage. Overall average but location is the seller. ”

“Historic building with spacious rooms. Amazing hall. Maybe too expensive the valet parking but the attendant inform correctly that a public parking is close to the hotel. The position is fantastic: close to everything but easy to get from highway. Nothing else to write, I’m happy to have been to this great hotel!”
