“We booked via Hotels.com and even got a receipt confirming the payment but when we got there, the reservation was not there. They gave me the room but had to pay again then chase the refund from hotels.com. Staff were adamant they are not listed on Hotels.com. Staff seemed pretty clueless and unwilling to help resolve the situation”

“Service was poor. In a two night stay, I had to move rooms three times. When I checked in, I realized that four our of the eight bulbs in the room were dead. I called the front desk and they sent maintenance to replace the bulbs. How does a hotel not ensure that the bulbs in their rooms are replaced.
