“Pictures and reality are different. This was fraud. They charge almost same as five star hotel down the road and the place is a roach motel at best. It took the guy a while to even find out reservation and he had no idea what Expedia is. He kept asking for some voucher. This is hands down the worst hotel I ever stayed at.”

“The room conditions were below acceptable standards. There were numerous mosquitoes, which made it very difficult to rest comfortably. Surprisingly, there was no mirror in the bedroom, which is a basic amenity one would expect at this price point. Additionally, there were issues with the as some lights would not turn off properly, which was both inconvenient and frustrating during the night.
