The position is fantastic: close to everything but easy to get from highway. Nothing else to write, I’m happy to have been to this great hotel!”

The food quality is mediocre at best, and the selection is extremely limited—there’s barely anything available beyond water. “AC Hotel was definitely a 4.5 star in our view. Clean room, comfortable bed and an amazing overhead hot shower, nuff said plus 50" plasma. The location is also prime in downtown Pittsburgh near the Convention Center which is where we were attending. Just an awesome hotel and a very fair price. I. Sosa”

“We checked in around 1am on Friday/Saturday March 20/21. The first impression with the front desk agent was poor. She wasn’t pleasant. Her face showed like she didn’t care. No smile. It’s really not difficult to be pleasant and it is expected at a higher end hotel to receive at least better than average service. She was doing some paperwork and honestly seemed put off by us.
