The staff did not apologize for the inconvenience and denied to accommodate my husband and I in anyway. I felt disrespected and dismissed as a guest. ”

“Everything was great except the pool. It was kind of grimy looking. But that isn't something that is a necessity for us. The room was spacious with plenty of desk space for us to work remotely. The kitchenette had the necessary pots/pans/etc to make some basic dinners. We stayed a week while visiting kids/grandkids near by. It was perfect for us and I suspect we will be booking it again.”

“We have stayed here more than once and chose to return because it is a good value and comfortable. However, I do want to note that we were assigned to a handicap accessible room, which we did not need. That is not a problem, but I don't think it would be suitable for someone in a wheelchair. While the shower was a roll-in shower with a fold-away seat, the shower head which appeared to be hand-held and adjustable, was fixed in place. The bed covers smelled old and had a couple of bugs on it. The wallpaper was coming off the wall. Overall I will never stay at a Fairfield hotel again.”
