The elevator was dirty and smelled strongly of urine, which gave a very poor first impression. I also didn't like that housekeeping only cleaned the rooms every other day instead of daily. On the second day, we needed clean towels, but none were left in our room. When we went to the front desk to ask for some, the employee told us they didn't have any clean towels...
