“We had such a great stay at Urban! Very central, so not very far to different places by using yandex/taxi. The staff were brilliant and when we arrived exhausted at 9 am to put our bags in storage before the check-in at 2 they actually let us check in early and got us a room! The room was very nice and comfortable (could have been more sockets), and all in all it was a great time.”

“Stayed at this hotel during 26th August and 2nd September 2024 to attend my nephew's wedding. I found the staff to be very polite and helpful and they happily go the extra mile without the expectation of a tip. The hotel itself is situated next to Victory Square and other key visiting sights are walkable or a short taxi ride away. (BTW taxis are relatively cheap - can travel 5 or so miles for £3-4). I found the hotel clean with reasonably good facilities - enjoyed the free access to the outdoor...

“Отель превзошёл наши ожидания. При размещении нам предложили посмотреть и выбрать варианты комнат. Выбрали не солнечную сторону, чем были в последствии очень довольны - приятная прохлада в жаркие дни. Номер очень просторный. WiFi тоже очень хороший. Завтрак обычный без изысков. Да, нам принесли приветственный набор из фруктов в номер - очень приятно. Отношение персонала - внимательность и доброжелательность. Расположение отеля удобное - рядом с центральной площадью и множественными кафе....
